Billing model

Conerix uses a prepaid credit model. You add funds to your workspace and we debit the cost of each delivered message based on destination and route. No setup fees on Starter.

Frequently asked questions

How does billing work?

Credits are debited per delivered message segment. Long messages are split into segments (GSM-7: 160 characters, then 153; Unicode: 70, then 67) and billed per segment.

Do credits expire?

Credits remain valid for 12 months from purchase. Active accounts with regular usage maintain their balance without expiration.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Major credit cards, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, ETH). Enterprise customers can pay by invoice in EUR, USD, GBP, or NOK.

Are there volume discounts?

Yes. Volume discounts apply automatically on the Scale plan. Custom rates are available for high-volume Enterprise senders.

What is included in the per-message cost?

Carrier fees, delivery receipts, fraud screening, sender registration where applicable, and all platform features (API, console, webhooks).
